Role: Sales Telesales Specialist
Assignment: Medicare Sales
Location: Tampa, Florida

Assignment Capsule
As a telesales specialist you will: respond to customers' calls, asses their needs and find a suitable Humana product. You will use customer service, sales and product expertise to influence both internal and external customers, optimizing business outcomes in the process.

  • Provide general information about Humana's products, coverage plans and rates to prospective customers and brokers over the telephone
  • Build and sustain productive long-term relationships with insurance agents and sales associates
  • Meet and consistently exceed sales and activity goals established for individual representatives and teams

Role Essentials
  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working in telesales, customer service or retail sales


Role Desirables
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
  • Valid state health and life insurance licenses
  • Fluency in Spanish


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Frontline Leader. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
