Production Support Specialist (15232) – Tampa

Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Production Support Specialist to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Job Responsibilities:
The Production Support Specialist shall provide production support for mid tier stability, mid tier optimization, capacity planning (in coordination with the architecture team) and other operational functions as required by Customer. They must be able to provide services such as capacity planning, application tuning, performance recommendations, performance tuning, scalability analysis, and mid tier technical guidance.

• PÉRADIGM and/or DIAMOND software experience
