To perform routine medical history and blood collection.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year minimum recent medical experience and/or customer service experience required. Phlebotomy experience highly desirable, but not necessary.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write and speak English effectively, follow complex oral or written instructions.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
If operating a Blood Bank Vehicle, must possess or be willing to obtain a valid florida Class "B" Commercial Driver's License if vehicle driven is greater than 26,000 pounds (with Air Brake Endorsement when required) and good driving record required. Complete Defensive Driving Course. CPR Certification.
