Labor and Employment Paralegal – Tampa

Labor and Employment Paralegal Needed for Tampa Law Firm. We are seeking a Labor and Employment Paralegal with 4 to 6 years experience. Must be familiar with legal software, as well as familiarity with Florida and federal court filing systems. Must be able to assist with motion practice and trial preparation. Experienced in labor and employment litigation, document review and analysis, document production, management of litigation support databases, and deposition preparation required. Must have the ability to handle multitasking with minimal supervision; be proactive, detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to handle a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities and assist in the overall case management. Professional demeanor, a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred.
