Human Resources Manager - DRC Tampa 139945 – Tampa

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is located at the Disney Reservation Center in Tampa, Florida. Develop, prioritize, implement, measure and sustain the HR strategies that enable the client’s business initiatives and that ensure the success of global HR initiatives. Partner with HR functional areas to provide HR expertise to the client and ensure successful integration of work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years Human Resources or leadership experience
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong prioritization skills
* Proven consulting and/or change management experience
* Proven knowledge of HR industry practices
* Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to help drive business results
* Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master's degree or equivalent
* SHRM certification or other HR industry equivalent
* Demonstrated WDW Functional HR experience
* Proven Performance Management experience
* Demonstrated SAP experience
* Proven bilingual abilities
