In this highly visible role as a Claims Specialist, we look to your claims processing experience to help us achieve high levels of customer service excellence as you process member claims.
Duties and responsibilities may include:
- Research and make benefit determination for the processing of medicare member claims according to processing guidelines
- Maintain production and quality standards
- Investigate claims for required processing information.

Role Essentials
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-year experience in medical claims processing
- Strong data entry skills required
- Related work experience
- Commitment to preserving confidentiality
Role Desirables
- Medical terminology, CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding experience desired
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Frontline Leader. This area is under the leadership of the Claims Supervisor and Director.
